Calculators

Choose the output needed for a pricing or budget decision.

TikTok Shop Europe Profit CalculatorCalculate the contribution left from a TikTok Shop EU order after VAT, platform fees, creator commission, ads, goods, fulfilment and expected refunds. Use your verified rates and costs, then copy the breakdown with its assumptions. A positive contribution still has to cover overhead, financing and business taxes; it is not the platform payout.TikTok Shop Break-Even ROAS CalculatorBreak-even ROAS uses all contribution available before advertising and leaves no contribution for overhead or business profit. Enter a target contribution percentage to reserve that amount first and calculate a stricter ROAS floor. If the target leaves no ad budget, change price or costs. Align revenue, refunds and attribution before comparing this order model with GMV Max ROI.TikTok Shop Minimum Selling Price CalculatorThe minimum selling price is the VAT-inclusive price that covers the costs assigned to the order. VAT, platform fees, creator commission and the selected advertising percentage all change with price, so solve them together. The basic floor targets zero contribution; the target-price result also reserves the gross-sales margin you select.TikTok Shop Affiliate Commission Limit CalculatorFor sellers deciding what to offer a creator: reserve your target contribution, then calculate the affordable affiliate rate. Set affiliate sales share to 100% to test a creator-attributed order on its own. A lower share models a blended cohort and can hide a loss on the creator segment. Platform fees, ads and fixed creator costs remain separate inputs.TikTok Shop Europe New Seller Fee CalculatorThe new-seller calculator measures both the benefit during an eligible reduced-fee period and the contribution that remains afterward. Model the rate confirmed in Seller Center, the mission activation date and the sales expected before expiry. The introductory rate is conditional and temporary; it does not prove that an order remains profitable at the later category rate.TikTok Shop Europe Market Profit ComparisonCompare European markets on the same economic basis before choosing a launch or expansion destination. The tool isolates VAT and commission effects using an explicit euro planning scenario across 13 supported countries. It does not convert PLN, CZK or HUF at an assumed live exchange rate, and its ranking is not a forecast of demand.

Country scenarios

Check currency, standard VAT and local operating assumptions.

TikTok Shop Germany Profit and FeesTikTok Shop Germany supports Home Shops and cross-EU destination sales. The standard platform commission is 9% unless a verified reduction applies. A qualifying first EU shop can receive 4% for 60 days after its mission; opening Germany as an existing EU seller does not restart that offer. Germany’s standard VAT is 19%; confirm your product’s actual treatment.TikTok Shop France Profit and FeesTikTok Shop France supports Home Shops and cross-EU destination sales. Plan with the standard 9% platform commission unless a verified reduction applies. The 4% for 60 days offer requires a qualifying first EU shop and completed mission. France’s standard VAT is 20%, but product treatment and the actual fee base must be checked separately.TikTok Shop Italy Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €34.90 Italy order, contribution is €5.42 at a 9% platform rate. The page should help the reader verify the SKU category before treating the 7% electronics rate as part of the price decision.TikTok Shop Spain Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €24.90 Spain order, contribution is €3.84 at a 9% platform rate. The decision is sensitive to seller-funded discounts and destination-specific delivery or tax treatment, not just to the headline VAT default.TikTok Shop Ireland Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €44.90 Ireland order, contribution is €6.97 at a 9% platform rate. The operative question is whether a delivery offer still leaves enough contribution after the buyer-paid shipping and actual route cost are both included.TikTok Shop Netherlands Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €32.90 Netherlands order, contribution is €5.93 at a 9% platform rate. The 2%/90-day rate is conditional; it should be compared with the regular-rate contribution before using it in stock or replenishment decisions.TikTok Shop Belgium Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €28.90 Belgium order, contribution is €4.59 at a 9% platform rate. Belgium and the Netherlands share the same standard VAT default in this scenario, so price and stock decisions should be driven by actual delivery and operating costs.TikTok Shop Poland Profit and FeesTikTok Shop Poland is a supported Home Shop and selling destination. Its standard platform commission is 9%; the conditional 2% for 90 days mission is for a qualifying first EU shop, not an existing EU seller expanding to Poland. Standard VAT is 23%. Keep sales and costs in PLN or convert every input to one documented currency before calculating.TikTok Shop Czechia Profit and FeesFor the illustrative CZK 799.00 Czechia order, contribution is CZK 101.47 at a 9% platform rate. A rounded local promotional price should be measured against the calculated floor, not assumed to have the same economics as the unrounded price.TikTok Shop Austria Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €36.90 Austria order, contribution is €6.48 at a 9% platform rate. Austria’s conditional 2%/90-day incentive and Germany’s 4%/60-day incentive should be compared over the stock-selling horizon, not treated as interchangeable launch economics.TikTok Shop Greece Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €31.90 Greece order, contribution is €4.46 at a 9% platform rate. A delivery-zone surcharge is an input to obtain from the chosen route, not an official TikTok fee or a universal Greek delivery cost.TikTok Shop Portugal Profit and FeesFor the illustrative €27.90 Portugal order, contribution is €4.03 at a 9% platform rate. Recalculate the Portuguese transaction rather than copying a Spanish price, and verify tax treatment where the destination differs from the mainland planning case.TikTok Shop Hungary Profit and FeesTikTok Shop Hungary is a supported Sell Across Europe destination. TikTok’s current guide does not list Hungary as a Home Shop registration country: confirm onboarding through an eligible Home Shop before assuming local direct registration. The standard platform commission is 9%; a qualifying first EU shop may receive 2% for 90 days on Hungary sales. Standard VAT is 27%.

Fees and costs

Confirm what is charged, refunded and included in each fee base.

TikTok Shop Europe Platform Commission: Rates and FormulaUse 9% as the standard EU planning rate unless the SKU or active seller mission confirms a reduction. The dedicated fee guide uses net sales plus buyer shipping less corresponding refunds; the broader reduction policy also shows platform-discount terms. For funded coupons, use the actual Seller Center chargeable base. Full returns reverse the full platform commission; partial returns reverse the charge on returned items.TikTok Shop Europe New Seller Fee EligibilityThe EU new-seller fee reduction requires seller eligibility and completion of the assigned mission. It is not automatically granted to every newly created country shop. Confirm first-EU-shop status, EU-local shipping, a qualifying product portfolio and the mission record before using 2% or 4% in a committed launch budget.TikTok Shop Europe Electronics Commission: 7% or 9%?The 7% electronics-related commission depends on the product's exact eligible category. It is not a blanket rate for everything described as a gadget, accessory or beauty tool. Check the current category schedule, apply each SKU's rate separately, and use the confirmed introductory rate only during a valid new-seller period.TikTok Shop Affiliate Commission: Cost and Refund CalculationA seller pays commission on qualifying creator-attributed revenue; a creator sees the corresponding earnings, which can change after refunds. This page explains the seller’s cost and how to check the final settled amount. Platform commission, advertising, samples, fixed fees and content rights are separate costs. To decide what rate you can afford, use the commission-limit calculator.TikTok Shop Europe Refund Fees and Return CostsA refunded TikTok Shop order can reverse sales and some commissions while still losing advertising, outbound fulfilment and return-processing money. Build the returned-order result separately from a kept order, then weight the two by the expected return rate. A fee refund is only one part of the loss calculation.TikTok Shop Europe Fulfilment Cost BreakdownTikTok Shop fulfilment cost is the cost of the actual route, parcel and service you use. Build it from supplier freight, warehouse work, storage, packaging, outbound delivery and return handling. The sources here do not establish a universal European shipping tariff; use current account charges or a written provider quote.TikTok Shop Europe Commission Invoices: Download and ReadDownload both the commission invoice PDF and its supporting order-detail spreadsheet from Seller Center. The PDF supplies the issued invoice totals; the spreadsheet shows which orders and fees support them. Reconcile these documents to the appropriate billing period, rather than expecting the invoice amount to equal a bank payout.TikTok Shop VAT: Revenue and Commission Are Different BasesFor a VAT-inclusive price, revenue excluding VAT equals the price divided by one plus the VAT rate. Do not subtract the VAT percentage directly from the gross amount. Then calculate TikTok commission on its separately defined order base. The product VAT rate, platform fee rate and recoverable tax on business costs are different inputs.

Operating guides

Turn reports and policy rules into a repeatable working process.

How to Read TikTok Shop Europe Settlement ReportsRead a settlement report in three passes: establish the statement total, inspect the orders and adjustments that compose it, then trace its payment reference to the bank. An order, a statement and a payout are different records. Keeping their IDs and dates separate is the key to explaining money that appears in one report before another. How to Reconcile TikTok Shop Commission InvoicesReconcile a TikTok Shop commission invoice by matching the issued PDF to its supporting fee detail in the same shop, currency, billing period and tax presentation. Then connect the relevant charges to order transactions. Do not start by comparing the invoice with a payout: the invoice records charges, while the payout moves settled cash.Calculate TikTok Shop Profit from a VAT-Inclusive PriceTo calculate contribution from a VAT-inclusive TikTok Shop price, divide the gross price by one plus the applicable VAT rate, then deduct platform commission on its own defined base and the remaining direct costs. Keep the gross amount for gross-sales margin and ROAS reporting; do not use one number interchangeably for sales, revenue and payout.TikTok Shop Cross-Border Profit Across EuropeTikTok Shop's Global Listings workflow can distribute eligible products across 13 European destination shops, but a synced catalogue is only the start of an expansion plan. Compare local contribution after VAT, currency conversion, fulfilment, creators, ads and returns, then confirm that the target product and shop can actually sell under the applicable requirements.Plan for the End of TikTok Shop New Seller FeesWhen an introductory commission ends, contribution falls by the increase in fee multiplied by the chargeable sales base, if other inputs stay the same. Quantify that drop before deciding whether to raise price, lower acquisition cost, change creator offers or accept a smaller margin. Record the actual expiry rather than forecasting an extra promotional period.TikTok Shop Europe Local Shipping Incentive EligibilityEU-local shipping is a condition of the reviewed new-seller commission reduction. International POP products and related orders are excluded from that incentive. Confirm the fulfilment route attached to the listing and order; a European company address, European buyer or newly created country shop does not by itself prove a qualifying local-shipping route.TikTok Shop GMV vs Payout vs ProfitGMV, revenue, payout and profit describe different parts of a TikTok Shop sale. Gross sales measure customer transaction value; revenue excludes the applicable sales tax; payout reflects settlement deductions and timing; contribution also deducts direct costs paid outside the platform. A large payout can coexist with a small or negative contribution. How to Reconcile TikTok Shop Fees by OrderReconcile an order by rebuilding its expected fee from the applicable rate and chargeable base, then matching every actual charge and later reversal to that order and SKU. Keep the difference visible until evidence explains it. A total that matches only because unrelated amounts were put into Other is not a completed reconciliation. How Returns Change TikTok Shop Contribution MarginReturns change contribution through two outcomes: the money earned on a kept order and the loss on a refunded order. Weight both by their probabilities. Multiplying normal profit by the kept-order rate misses the costs of the returned outcome, including retained acquisition and outbound expense, return processing and unrecovered product cost.TikTok Shop Affiliate and Ad Cost PlanningProduct GMV Max can attribute paid and organic orders for promoted products while a campaign is active, including affiliate orders and orders with no ad engagement. Its reported ROI is attributed gross revenue divided by ad cost. Deduplicate orders, add creator and operating costs, and calculate contribution separately; the reported ratio does not prove incremental profit.

Market comparisons

Compare local price and delivery assumptions on one EUR basis.

TikTok Shop Germany vs France: Profit and FeesAt the same €60 price, 9% fee and €30 other costs, Germany contributes about €0.42 more per order. An extra €0.43 of German fulfilment cost would erase that advantage. Get comparable delivery and acquisition figures before choosing where to test the product.TikTok Shop Germany vs Netherlands: Profit and FeesAt €60 with €30 other costs, the Netherlands leads by about €0.37 while both introductory rates apply. Germany leads at equal 9% fees. Put expected selling dates into the comparison: the German 60-day window can expire while the Dutch 90-day window is still open.TikTok Shop France vs Spain: Profit and FeesAt a €60 VAT-inclusive price, 9% platform fee and €30 other costs, France contributes about €14.60 and Spain €14.19. Spain needs about €0.42 lower costs per order to offset the standard-VAT difference. Verify the destination and delivery quote before applying that threshold.TikTok Shop Italy vs Spain: Profit and FeesWith Spain priced at €60, a 9% platform rate and €30 other costs, contribution is about €14.19. At 22% standard VAT and the same costs, Italy needs a price of at least €60.56 to match it. Adding only the €0.41 contribution gap to the price is insufficient.TikTok Shop Poland vs Netherlands: Profit and FeesAt the same €60 price, 9% fee and €30 other costs, Dutch contribution is about €0.81 higher. A €0.81 saving in Poland’s converted costs can offset that standard-VAT difference. Keep the original PLN amounts and conversion date so the apparent advantage can be checked.TikTok Shop EU5 vs the Eight Markets Launched in June 2026The EU5 and the eight markets launched in June 2026 have different conditional new-seller incentives, not one permanent profit ranking. Compare 4% for 60 days with 2% for 90 days on the same order horizon, then model regular fees and each country's VAT. An existing EU seller expanding to a newer market should not assume the first-seller discount applies.
